ACTIVITIES
The assessment factors taken into consideration are the actuality of the chosen topic, the good reasoning for the methods used in accomplishing the project; the practical results received; good reasoning fro the conclusions and recommendations; quality formating of the project. What is assessed in the II category is the original implementation and layout. Intricacy and independence in the implentation corresponding to the age characteristics of the author will also be considered in the assessment.
Assessment criteria the jury will observe
" the choice of a problem, important for the given region, community or country in which the participants live;
" good reaoning of the chosen methods and highlighting of their advantages;
" showing the sequence of stages in implementing the project;
" a realistic, clear-cut and economical financial budget for the realization of the project (categories 1 & 2);
" personal contribution and innovation in solving the problems;
" concrete results;
" aesthetic and technical layout of the project and writing literacy;
" knowledge of the respective scientific field;
" arousing interest in the problem treated in the project;
" original presenting.
The maximum number of points for each criterium is 5 (five).
The maximum number of points for the overall performance is 55 (fifty five).
The standing of the two age groups is separate.
